All of our produce is grown by the two of us, we start the majority of our vegetables indoors and from seed each spring, transplanting outside when the weather becomes favourable. This gives us the ability to choose which varieties grow best for us. it also means we are able to manage the entire process with the goal of producing flavourful and nutrition dense foods grown sustainably.
